Thank you for your interest in GOFORFLOWERS Floral Design. Allow me to tell you a little about myself as a Floral Designer. My love affair with flowers literally and figuratively blossomed back when I was in High School. Every summer vacation, my cousins and I would go down to Manila from Baguio to help at our Auntie's Flowershop in Dangwa (the currently known as Bulaklakan ng Maynila), mainly doing menial chores such as washing buckets and maintaining the freshness of flowers, and tending the shop. With my encounters with flowers enthusiasts and buyers, and how they swear by flowers made me see them in a different light, thus, I started appreciating, caring and loving these beautiful God creations all the more. Soon after graduating from College in Baguio , I was fortunate enough to find a decent government post in the Accounting Department. However, despite the promise of security of tenure in my job, always at the back of my head, is my passion for flowers, and with the convincing power of my Auntie's who was already established as a wholesaler to join the flower industry and with their help thats the time I started with my first floral company (2002) as a wholesaler and retailer of flowers also. That did not stop there, ever as passionate with flowers, I enrolled and graduated in floral designing (2004), and through hands-on experience, I could say I gained expertise in the subject which enabled me to handle and answer inquiries for all kinds of floral arrangements.
Due to my office work however, I only became active as a Floral Designer in 2006 and that's when an idea came to mind, and to cut the story short, GOFORFLOWERS was born. Now I pride myself with my ability to take a person's idea for the wedding day flowers, and or any occasion flowers. I feel that with my artistry, and the use of unique materials in my work and willingness to take risks, are what set me apart from any other "florist" or designer. All of the floral work that you are about to see are of GOFORFLOWERS own unique creations. These are posted for your sheer viewing pleasure and to provide you with inspiration and idea for your own bridal bouquet, centerpiece, etc. We only design what is requested of us and we will be more than happy to customize any floral arrangement you could think of for your wedding and or special day.
